Warranty Policy
- No warranty on wholesale sales.
- No warranty on sale items.
- All trees and plants are guaranteed
for two years from date of purchase
provided that our planting and watering
recommendations are reasonably followed.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to be sure that
you fully understand the importance of
monitoring your plants health after
planting. Please ask if you are unsure
about caring for your plant!
- If a tree or plant dies we will
replace it (if available) or issue a
credit equal to, but not to exceed, the
original purchase price of the plant
material.
- This in-store credit may be used
for any product in the nursery. No cash
refunds will be given.
- All claims must be accompanied by
an invoice number or date of purchase.
- DELIVERY AND LABOR CHARGES ARE NOT
COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
