WARRANTY POLICY
All plants are guaranteed for either one or three years from date of purchase provided that our planting and watering instructions are followed (three years only when our crew provides the installation). If a plant dies, we will replace the plant or we will issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of the plant.
Delivery and labor charges are not covered by this warranty.
All claims must be made by the original purchaser accompanied with the original invoice.
This credit may be used for any product or service that the nursery provides.
No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
No warranty on wholesale transactions.
Warranty does not include plant material damaged by vandalism, weather related issues, or decline from failure to plant and water properly. Pest infestation are totally out of our control, therefore decline from a detectable pest is not covered.
